DOUBLE-FRONT KNEE

Extra reinforcement where wear hits hardest

The knees take constant pressure from bending, kneeling, crouching, and repeated contact with rough surfaces.

That is why the R01 features a double-front knee construction, adding an extra layer of protection to one of the most heavily used areas of the garment.

The knee construction also includes openings designed to accommodate compatible knee pads when additional protection is needed.

The R01 is designed with a relaxed workwear fit.

When choosing a size, do not rely only on your usual jeans size, height, or body weight.

Pay particular attention to:

Check the garment waist measurement against how you plan to layer underneath

INSEAM
Choose based on your preferred overall length and footwear

TORSO / BIB LENGTH
Body proportions can affect how the bib and suspenders sit

If you plan to wear a sweatshirt, fleece, or jacket underneath, allow additional room through the body.

If you are between inseam lengths, consider whether you prefer a cleaner break above the boot or more stacking at the hem.

WHY DOES IT FEEL STIFF WHEN NEW?

The R01 uses heavyweight Cotton Duck.

A firm, structured feel when new is normal for this type of fabric.

With regular wear and washing, the material gradually breaks in and develops a more natural feel.

IS IT WATERPROOF?

Cotton Duck should not be treated as a technical waterproof fabric.

Its tightly woven construction can provide a substantial layer of everyday protection, but it is not a substitute for dedicated waterproof outerwear in prolonged wet conditions.

WHY DOES IT FIT LOOSER THAN REGULAR PANTS?

Bib overalls were originally designed for movement, layering, and work.

The Relaxed Fit gives the waist, seat, and legs more room for bending, crouching, and everyday mobility.

It should not be expected to fit like slim or tailored denim.
